The Ring the BELL Foundation was founded by i am … just human creators Judge Rachel and Dr. Dorsha. The mission of the Ring the Bell Foundation is to promote awareness and provide resources to make a positive change in the lives of others.
Here are a few of the programs and projects that The Ring the BELL Foundation is currently working on:
- The Ring the BELL Foundation is working to provide scholarships to a high school senior in every high school in Nashville!
- The Ring the Bell Foundation raises money to help end Type 1 Diabetes with such organizations as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
- Coming in June 2018, A Night Written Under the Stars Awards Gala and The Nashville LOVEFEST presented by i am . . . just human.
Some of the organizations that The Ring the BELL Foundation support are:
- The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) which helps fund research to end Type I Diabetes by participating in their annual gala and walk.
- The F.I.N.D. Design, a mentoring program for at-risk youth in the greater Nashville Area.
- Roberta Baines-Wheeler Pulmonary Hypertension Foundation which provides and support relating to pulmonary hypertension.
- Many other nonprofits and organizations.

Reaching Every Aspiring Child’s Horizon
“R.E.A.C.H” is a literacy program in conjunction with the Bordeaux-North Nashville Literacy Partnership.

The program serves as an internship program for 10th through 12th-grade students.
A.S.P.I.R.E.
Adults Seeking Purpose In Realistic Expectation
This program will offer scholarships and provide mentorship to college graduates seeking postgraduate studies. It will also serve adult populations who are seeking employment, mentorship, apprenticeships, resources and/or vocational training.
C.A.R.E.
Creating Avenues for Restoration and Empowerment
C.A.R.E. is an intensive program for offenders who are successfully completing probation that focuses on occupational readiness, financial literacy, and resource linkage.
